Billing and Subscription Terms

Scope
These billing terms apply to paid gym subscriptions on Mantle. Individual climber accounts are currently free unless otherwise stated in-product.
Plans and Checkout
Paid plans (including Pro) are presented in the product with plan features, billing interval, and pricing at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Auto-Renewal
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before renewal. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges using your selected payment method.
Trials and Promotions
If a trial or promotion is offered, terms are shown in-product. Unless stated otherwise, paid billing begins when the trial ends. One-time trial eligibility limits may apply.
Cancellation and Downgrades
- You can cancel from the billing section of the gym management dashboard.
- Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
- After cancellation, your gym may revert to free-tier limits.
Refunds
Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at billing@onmantle.app.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we may retry collection through Stripe. During prolonged failed payment status, paid features may be limited, suspended, or downgraded until payment is resolved.
Taxes and Fees
Prices may exclude applicable taxes unless shown otherwise. You are responsible for any required taxes, duties, or government fees associated with your subscription.
Price Changes
We may update pricing from time to time. When required, we provide notice before changes take effect on renewal.
