How to Submit a Request

To request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data, email privacy@onmantle.app from the email address on your account. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity before fulfilling requests.

Rights Available to All Users

• Access and export a copy of your personal data.
• Request correction of inaccurate profile information.
• Request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
• Manage in-app privacy settings and notification preferences.

California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you may have rights under California law, including the right to know, access, delete, and correct personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising those rights.

Mantle does not sell personal information for money and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

EEA/UK Privacy Rights

If you are in the EEA or UK, you may have rights under GDPR/UK GDPR, including rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, plus the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf where permitted by law. We may require proof of authorization and direct identity verification with the account holder.

Response Timing

We aim to respond within timelines required by applicable law. Complex requests may take longer, in which case we will notify you.
